St. Paul’s has recently welcomed a new and flavorful addition to its roster of student organizations: the St. Paul’s Cheese Club. Since its debut earlier this year, the club has quickly gained popularity, uniting students through a shared passion for all things cheese.
Dubbed the “New York of St. Paul’s,” the Cheese Club has become a melting pot of diverse students and has already made a lasting impression on campus life.

When asked about his inspiration for founding the club, Conrad Pratt ’25 explained, “I noticed a gap in the community, and I wanted to change the world for the better—and have fun.” Conrad’s vision of bringing people together has clearly resonated, creating an inviting space for connection.
“My favorite part of Cheese Club is the camaraderie and community formed around the cheese,” shared Christian Faulkner-MacDonagh, the club’s honorary cheese photographer and enthusiastic member.
But the club is more than just free snacks. Even students like Parker Coal ’25, who admits he isn’t particularly fond of cheese, are drawn to its lively atmosphere. “I join for the amazing environment and the passion that those around me have for cheese,” he said.
Like wedges in a wheel of cheddar, Cheese Club brings together students, teachers, and faculty from all walks of life, bridging gaps between ages, friend groups, and beliefs. For 30 minutes each Tuesday, everyone gathers over one common delight: their love (or, for some, at least their appreciation) for cheese.
