SP Blue football faced their biggest rival, Boys’ Latin on 10/30/24 in one of the biggest games of their season, who won?
SP had many wins this season and even beat Boys’ Latin the first time they faced each other, so they had a lot of confidence in this game. SP looked to defeat BL again and ring the bell. The St. Paul’s team had a lot of well rounded and skilled players who have tons of experience on the football field that can bring them to victory and ring the bell once again. Some key players were Blake W., Trever W., and Moriah O.. These players show they are very well rounded in the football field showing not only dominance on the field, but also being leaders.
In the first quarter both defenses were playing great and BL even recovered a fumble, but St. Paul’s defense stayed strong and nobody put any points on the board. But in the 2nd quarter Trever W. went in wildcat formation and ran the ball 70 yards for the touchdown. After the 1st half, it was 8-0 SP.
In the second quarter SP had not only amazing defense also but way better offense that quarter scoring not only one touchdown but two, one being by Moriah O. and the second being by Trevor W. leading the score to end off 24-0 giving SP to have the best season with no loses and beating BL two times.
