Loyola- 0

Varsity squash defeated Loyola 7-0 at Coppermine on Tuesday evening. Freshmen Carter Holland #4 and Howdy Colhoun #6 won and earned points in their first varsity match. Team Captain, George Croft #2, led the way, giving up only 2 points in his entire match. The next match is in two weeks, 12/3, at home versus Friends.

JV

St. Paul’s- 6

Loyola- 1

JV won their opening match vs Loyola, 6-1.  Cole Wilhelmsen made an incredible comeback to take his match, 3-2.  Chris Kim defeating his opponent, 3-0 was another highlight in the match.

Park- 29

The crusaders were paced by Bryce Matthews who knocked down four first half three pointers and finished with 16 points. Fellow senior Ben Lichter joined his classmate in double figures with 11. After giving up 12 first quarter points the team stepped up the energy to hold Park to just 17 more points for the rest of the game, allowing just three points in the third quarter.

The JV team earned their first victory of the season on the road at Park yesterday.

Both the JV and V basketball teams host John Carroll tomorrow evening in Pollock Gymnasium.  Tip is set for 4:30pm for JV with the Varsity to follow at 6pm.

Ice Hockey

St. Paul’s- 4

Loyola Blakefield- 7

The Crusies kicked off their season with a 7-4 loss on the road vs. reigning MIAA B-Conference champion Loyola Blakefield.  We look to get on track tomorrow as we host Boys’ Latin at Reisterstown at 4pm.
